A BRAZILIAN LOVE AFFAIR

Paraty is a small, sleepy town with a colonial feeling and Portuguese architecture situated in the bay of Ilha Grande between Rio de Janeiro and San Paolo in Brazil.

You can still breathe in its glorious past: it was a bustling port where gold, coffee and sugar were transported back to the old world!
Until 1800, Paraty was reachable only by sea and still today, this calm port city preserves a sense of isolation.
It’s inside the house of a private collector, that the decorator Alain Demachy has created a stunning boutique hotel!
